•Gently exfoliate your lips 2–3 times per week.
•Keep your lips well hydrated daily using Vaseline or Aquaphor.
•If you are prone to cold sores, please inform us in advance (preventive medication may be required).
48 Hours Before
.Do not consume alcohol.
.Avoid any aesthetic treatments on the lips (fillers, peels, laser treatments).
24 Hours Before
•Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, or other blood thinners (only if approved by your doctor).
•Do not smoke, or reduce smoking to a minimum.
Day of the Procedure
•Arrive with clean lips, free of makeup or lip balms.
•Do not have any open wounds, cracks, or active infections on the lips.
.First 24–48 Hours
•Keep your lips clean and dry.
• Apply the recommended healing balm several times a day.
•Avoid touching your lips with dirty hands.
•No kissing, no oral sx
•Avoid hot drinks, alcohol, and caffeine.
•Do not smoke (or minimize as much as possible).
During the First Week
•Do not pick at any peeling skin or scabs (this is normal).
•Avoid makeup on the lips.
•Avoid sun exposure, saunas, steam, or pools.
•Avoid spicy, very salty, or citrus foods.
•Keep your lips well hydrated at all times.
Healing Process
•Lips may appear more intense in color during the first few days.
•Peeling may occur between days 3–5.
•The color will lighten and then gradually reappear.
•Final results can be seen between 4–6 weeks.
Important Recommendations
•Follow all instructions to ensure a uniform and long-lasting color.
•A touch-up is part of the process and should be done 35 days after the initial procedure.
7 Days Before
•Avoid plucking or shaping your brows right before the procedure; let your natural design stay intact.
•Do not undergo strong chemical treatments on your facial skin (peels, intensive exfoliation, laser, retinol, high-concentration vitamin C).
•Keep your skin hydrated, but avoid harsh creams or exfoliants in the brow area.
•If you are prone to cold sores or skin infections, please inform us in advance.
48 Hours Before
•Avoid anything that may cause bleeding or irritation.
24 Hours Before
•Avoid facial treatments or fillers near the brow area.
•Avoid intense sun, sauna, or steam that could irritate the skin.
Day of the Procedure
•Arrive with clean brows, free of makeup, oils, or creams.
•Do not have any wounds, irritation, sunburn, or active infections.
Day 1–3
•Gently wash your brows with water and soap do not rub harshly.
•Pat dry with a soft, absorbent tissue.
•Apply the recommended healing cream every 2 hours.
Day 4–7
•Continue gently washing with water and mild gel, pat dry softly.
•Apply the healing cream only 2 times a day.
•Do not pick or remove scabs, this can cause the color to fade
.Avoid direct sun exposure for the first 10 days.
•Avoid intense steam or heat (saunas, hot baths).
•Avoid applying makeup directly on the brows (makeup on the rest of the face is fine).
•It is normal to feel itching – this is a sign of healing. Do not scratch, just apply cream.
•Avoid intense exercise for about 7 days.
Following 7 Days
•No intense exercise.
•No alcohol or smoking.
•Avoid steam, saunas, or hot baths.
Following 30 Days
•Avoid direct sun exposure (use approved sunscreen once fully healed).
•Avoid Botox or other facial treatments near the brow area.
Important Notes
•Brows may appear 40% darker and up to 15% thicker during the first few days – this is completely normal.
•The final color and shape will settle over the next few weeks.
•A touch-up session is part of the process and should be scheduled 4–6 weeks after the initial procedure.
